Laurent Bouchat - 20th century Art books

After having worked at Posada Art Books for 15 years, Laurent Bouchat opened his own art bookshop in 2011 in a space shared with Olivier Biltereyst, a specialist dealer in twentieth-century furniture. He stocks a fascinating selection of books and catalogues in many languages covering the decorative arts, painting, photography and architecture. During the BANAD Festival, there will be a special display of books on Art Nouveau and Art Deco in his shop.

Urban Sketchers

Learn more about Art Nouveau and Art Deco during the 6th BANAD Festival through the eyes of the passionate artists of Urban Sketchers Belgium.
Urban Sketchers is a group that promotes the artistic, narrative and educational value of sketching "in situ", by building links between people who sketch, both at home and while travelling, around the world, with the aim of revealing the world through sketches.
During the third weekend of the BANAD Festival, sketchers will be at work outside many of the buildings open for guided tours. Their sketches will be exhibited at the beginning of the BANAD cabaret evening at the "L'Os à Moëlle".
