FAQs

How to Book

Reservations usually open on on the first Tuesday of February à 14h00. To get the latest updates subscribe to out newsletter.

If you wish to book in advance and support our association, become Friend of Explore.

Bookings can be made for a maximum of 5 people at a time

This limit of 5 people has been chosen by Explore.Brussels to allow as many people as possible to participate in this exceptional event that is the BANAD Festival.

The number of people must be the same for all visits in a booking.

For a group tour, check our Group visits

If you plan to attend several visits on the same day, please remember to take into account the distances between venues, your chosen mode of transport, and—depending on your itinerary—the frequency of public transport or potential parking difficulties. Please note that if you arrive more than five minutes late, access to the visit will be denied and your ticket may be resold.

When you connect to the booking site, a virtual queue is created to prevent disruptions or bugs caused by too many people online at the same time.

Once your first reservation is added to your basket, you will have 60 minutes to complete and pay for your order.

Why? During these 60 minutes, the places are pre-reserved for you and are therefore guaranteed once your order is confirmed.

We understand that this countdown can be stressful. However, it is the best way to ensure that the visits you have pre-booked are secured for you, while also allowing other visitors to do the same.

Important: Never click the back arrow in your browser during your booking, as this may cause you to lose your order, just like with any e-commerce system. Return buttons are provided within the site for this purpose.

Confirmation emails are generated automatically. If you haven't received them, check your spam folder.

The first email simply informs you that your order has been successfully recorded in the system and that we are awaiting your payment before confirming that your order is complete. The second email confirms that your payment has been successfully processed.

Finally, a third email is sent automatically and directly by Mollie, the company that manages the secure payment platform.

Reduced rates, discounted rates & supplements

We have developed a reduced rates policy in order to make interior visits accessible to as many people as possible.

Those eligible for the reduced rate are:

  • les students under the age of 26,,
  • les ULB and VUB students,
  • les holders of the ULB Culture Card,
  • les people with disabilities,,
  • les job seekers.

This rate is equivalent to 50% of the full ratei.e. 6.50 € for a visit for one person. This rate is independent of the fixed supplement charged by certain venues.

The reduced rate also benefits from a progressive discount.

If you have booked at the reduced rate when you are not entitled to it, Explore.Brussels will charge you the difference plus a penalty of 50% of the total amount of your order.

Festival ANTE à Bruxelles, événement artistique et culturel, célébrant la créativité et l’innovation.

Yes,beneficiaries of Article 27 can purchase one entry per Article 27 ticket.

The price of this ticket is 1,25 €. It does not include the fixed supplement charged by certain venues.

Please note: beneficiaries of Article 27 must make a reservation at the office no later than the Wednesday before the chosen activity or go to the venue at the time of the visit (not recommended due to overcrowding).

Children under 12 do not pay but their seats must be reserved via the booking system.

The BANAD Festival applies a discount rate based on the number of guided tours booked for the same person per reservation. This calculation is made for up to a maximum of five tours and is automatic at the time of booking.

For example, a full-price tour costs €13 per tour, and five or more full-price tours cost €9 per tour.

Tickets purchased on-site are not eligible for the discounted rate.
