Around 125 years ago, the architect Jules Brunfaut built the Maison Hannon. It is his only house in the style known as Art Nouveau. Here, everything seems to be in motion: the staircase, the mosaic floor, the window frames, even the door handles. In the stairwell, there is a magnificent fresco that seems to stretch on forever. And thanks to the stained-glass windows, a magnificent light in a thousand colours floods the rooms.
Come and explore this remarkable house dating from 1904, discover the history of its first residents, learn more about the techniques used in its construction, and find out how we are preserving its beauty today.
This tour is led by a specialist guide and is fully adapted for people with intellectual disabilities, offering activities that stimulate the different senses. The guided tour is designed for pre-formed groups of up to 16 people (including accompanying adults).
