Other Group Tours

1. All the Art Nouveau in Brussels
Brussels stands out as one of the cities where Art Nouveau flourished most successfully. Our tour explains the favourable context that gave rise to this craze and invites you to discover not only the works of internationally renowned masters but also the middle-class neighbourhoods where Belgian artists’ extraordinary creativity found expression: Schaerbeek, Ixelles, Saint-Gilles…

2. The Squares district: here, everything is order and beauty, luxury and tranquillity…
With their lush greenery and sculptures, Ambiorix and Marie-Louise Squares beautifully showcase the splendour of the residences designed by talented architects such as Horta and Strauven. Exuberant wrought-ironwork, elegant curves, stained-glass windows and sgraffito adorn these innovative façades. Artists, architects and their wealthy clients thus pioneered not only Art Nouveau but also a whole new way of life! But beneath the surface of this Belle Époque, teeming with projects and technical progress, there were also tensions and artistic, social, political and colonial upheavals that still resonate in our world today… and in our tour.
